Our MissionOur mission is to provide superior environmental services at affordable rates. Although we are capable of providing a wide range of environmental services, our primary objective is to provide a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) that is both comprehensive and economical to our clients. At DCI, we value the needs of our clients as if they were our own, and every effort is made to ensure the highest quality in all of our products and services. Once a site has been fully characterized, the ESA report is prepared in a clear and concise manner with solid recommendations. In this way, users of our reports are able to quickly make sound decisions. Part of the reason DCI has developed such a loyal client base is that we are very responsive to each client's needs. In instances where strict time schedules or unusual circumstances exist, DCI is very accomodating. Why DCI has a reputation of Integrity: DCI Environmental Services developed its core business by providing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in a timely and economical fashion. Because we undertake only the first phase of the environmental hazard investigation and remediation process, we have no vested interest in recommending further investigation. Our objectivity remains uncompromised and we are positioned to provide a meaningful opinion, unbiased by the potential for further expensive investigation and remediation work. As such, we have developed a very loyal client following. As proof of this loyalty, several clients in the past have insisted that DCI manage the further investigation or remediation of a site which was revealed to be contaminated through our Phase I investigation. DCI remains focused on initial (Phase I) investigations, but we are also committed to providing all the environmental products and services that our clients need. DCI's Experience and Track Record: Since 1986, we have performed thousands of Phase I ESA's for sites ranging from multi-unit residential buildings to large commercial/industrial complexes. Consequently, our Project Managers and Site Assesors know exactly what to look for when analyzing a subject site. In addition, our researchers have a broad range of regulatory, scientific, and engineering related experience. This broad experience has enabled DCI to be innovative and create new products and services to meet our many clients needs. DCI Personnel: DCI Environmental Services operates through the use of several project managers, site assessors, and researchers, as well as, consultants. Consultants are typically used to handle unexpected increases in workload, or to address particular projects that require a special expertise. All final reports are reviewed by in-house personnel and approved for release to clients only by the President of DCI - Brett Herion.
